long term advertising subscriptions
Subscriptions - Payable Up Front
6 months - receive 10% additional advertising
1 year - receive 20% additional advertising
You can suspend your subscription if you need to. 6 month subscriptions can be extended over 1 year, and 1 year subscriptions can be extended over 2 years.
1 week advance notice of suspension is required.
You can transfer your 6 or 12 month subscription to a friend if you no longer require the advertising.
HOW TO ORDER
If you submit an email or online order form on a Monday, we won't receive it in time to install your posters the next morning. If you need your ad placed the next day, then please ring us and order over the phone on 1300 788 871.
Need to print your posters? Contact our recommended printer, Copy That @ Profsec, on (02) 6686 7006 or email@example.com and place your print order. You can email your artwork to them and pay over the phone. Tell them your order is for Eye Notice You so they include it for our collection at 3pm every Monday. They are located at 249 River St, Ballina. Copy That offer fantastic prices and fast turnarounds.
If you have already printed your posters, please drop them into the Byron Visitor Centre (80 Jonson St, behind the main bus stop). Tell them your order is for Eye Notice You so they include it for our collection at 3pm every Monday.
Your start and finish dates need to fall on a Tuesday, as that is our poster installation day.
Minimum order: 1 paid location x 1 week (sizes A4 and A3 only for the minimum order).
Recommended duration: for events, it's more effective to advertise 4-6 weeks in advance; for businesses (goods & services), this is at your discretion, but we do recommend you maintain an ongoing presence.
When you place an order, you will be emailed a tax invoice within 3 working days.
Payments need to be made via direct deposit (bank details on invoice) within 7 days.
Upfront payment is required for short term orders (1-4 weeks). Your posters will be placed in the noticeboards on the first Tuesday after we have received your payment.
Long term and ongoing clients can nominate to be invoiced monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually. Invoices are emailed one week before the commencement of each billing cycle.
All payments are required upfront prior to your poster placement.
If you work for a large organisation, you need to advise us via email of the scheduled payment date according to your accounts department (6 weeks maximum, otherwise you need to pay with petty cash). Please email us the date when you submit your order.
We are a micro business and require promt payment to continue to operate. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
